1. Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. All products sold on Perfume Shop are part of our exclusive private-label collection. Each fragrance is carefully developed and manufactured by trusted perfumers to meet high quality and longevity standards. We do not sell imitations or unauthorized replicas.
2. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns or exchanges only for incorrect, defective, or damaged items. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. What if my perfume arrives damaged?
In the rare case your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@perfumeshop.us with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link anytime to monitor your delivery status.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Perfume Shop ships across the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations soon.
9. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at support@perfumeshop.us with your order details.
10. How long does the fragrance last?
Our perfumes are crafted as Eau de Parfum or Parfum Intense concentrations, which typically last between 6–10 hours depending on your skin type, environment, and application technique.
11. How should I store my perfume?
Store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Avoid storing it in bathrooms where humidity can affect the fragrance quality and longevity.
12. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. We offer elegant, brand-packaged perfume boxes that make our perfumes perfect for gifting. You can also add a personalized note at checkout.
