Return & Refund Policy

At PerfumesShop.us, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 Return Window

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it.

 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Gift cards (if offered)

  • Items marked as final sale

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  1. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@perfumesshop.us with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • A photo of the unopened item (optional, but helpful)

We’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
