1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are processed the following business day.
During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
3. Delivery Time & Shipping Rates
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 4–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–5 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.
4. Free Shipping Offer
All U.S. orders ship for free—no minimum purchase required.
No code is needed—free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Track your shipment anytime via the carrier’s website or contact us at support@perfumeshop.us.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
- Check around your delivery location or with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours in case of a delayed scan
- Contact the carrier directly
- Still missing? Email us within 3 business days at support@perfumeshop.us
Please note: Perfume Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

8. Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@perfumeshop.us to correct it.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or refund.
